Which payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express. We can also take payments through paypal. Payment by cheque is not accepted.
Can I get a VAT receipt?
Yes, your invoice will include VAT.
Can I reserve items to collect?
Yes we offer a reserve and collect service from our depot in Scotland.
Does your pricing include VAT?
At the top of our website you will see that you can choose to view our products to include or exclude VAT. VAT is also itemised at checkout.
I have a Diatech Trade account, how can I order online?
You can still order online and take advantage of great prices - all you need to do is register for an online account and you will be able to purchase from our online store.
Do you offer discount to Trade?
Our online prices are all trade prices (if not a little better!).

How is my delivery calculated?
Delivery is calculated by weight and location of delivery address. This is automated and your delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.
How long will delivery be?
If you order by 3pm then your order will arrive Next day within the UK. If you're ordering from overseas then you will receive your order in 2-4 working days within the EU or 3-6 working days if ordering from outside the EU. See our Delivery page for more information.

No, however to make sure that you receive the correct product as quickly as possible we may contact you if we have a query or question.

Can I reserve items to collect?
Yes you can. If you'd prefer to collect rather than have your item(s) delivered then simply reserve and pay for your product online and then collect at your convenience from Target House, Ruthvenfield Road, Inveralmond Ind. Estate, Perth PH1 3EE. We can have your order ready within 30 minutes of you placing the order!
