We’re committed to selling high-quality, high-performance products that you will benefit from using. However, we appreciate that sometimes you may want to exchange or return something and we endeavour to make this as simple as we can for you.
If you change your mind and wish to return the goods, you are entitled to return the goods within 7 days of the day after the day of delivery to you.
You will receive a full refund, provided the goods have not been used in any way, are in the same good condition in which they were received, with their original packing and proof of purchase. Refunds are issued when the goods have been returned and inspected by Diatech.
In the event of you changing your mind and cancelling the goods, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods and shall indemnify Diatech promptly on demand from and against all and any such costs. If Diatech collects the goods, Diatech retains the right to charge you for any direct costs associated with the return of goods.
Please ensure that you check your items carefully for any signs of damage before they’re used or installed. You will need to keep your order number or confirmation invoice as proof of purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund. Please contact us on 01738 444606 or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the day after the day of delivery to you.
If the product is faulty or damaged on arrival and you would like to arrange for the product to be collected, simply contact us with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will collect it at no expense to yourself, and either provide a replacement or process a refund.
All refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the product.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.
