Your delivery charge will be calculated automatically at the checkout and is dependant upon product weight and delivery location.
We offer delivery across the UK and Worldwide. From as little as £5.00, we will deliver your order wherever where you want it - home, work or site.
Delivery times apply to items in stock. Any products that are not in stock will usually be delivered within 3-7 days, unless otherwise stated. You will be notified of this on the product information page prior to checkout.
You can order right up to 3.30pm and still get your product delivered the next working day. Your delivery will usually arrive between 9am-6pm. Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and bank holidays.
Orders placed on Monday to Thursday before 3.30pm will be delivered next day.
Orders placed on a Friday before 3.30pm will be delivered Monday.
Orders placed after 3.30pm on a Friday through to 3.30pm on Monday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
If any items you order are not available, we will contact you within 24 hours using the telephone or email details you have provided and discuss how you wish to proceed.
Reserve and Collect
If you’d prefer to collect rather than have your item(s) delivered then simply reserve and pay for your product online then choose the 'Pick up from Trade Point' in the delivery option. Collect at your convenience from Target House, Ruthvenfield Road, Inveralmond Ind. Estate, Perth PH1 3EE. If your items are in stock then we can have your order ready within 30 minutes of you placing the order!
We’re committed to selling high-quality, high-performance products that you will benefit from using. However, we appreciate that sometimes you may want to exchange or return something and we endeavour to make this as simple as we can for you.
If you change your mind and wish to return the goods, you are entitled to return the goods within 7 days of the day after the day of delivery to you.
You will receive a full refund, provided the goods have not been used in any way, are in the same good condition in which they were received, with their original packing and proof of purchase. Refunds are issued when the goods have been returned and inspected by Diatech.
In the event of you changing your mind and cancelling the goods, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods and shall indemnify Diatech promptly on demand from and against all and any such costs. If Diatech collects the goods, Diatech retains the right to charge you for any direct costs associated with the return of goods.
Please ensure that you check your items carefully for any signs of damage before they’re used or installed. You will need to keep your order number or confirmation invoice as proof of purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund. Please contact us on 01738 444606 or email email@example.com within 7 days of the day after the day of delivery to you.
If the product is faulty or damaged on arrival and you would like to arrange for the product to be collected, simply contact us with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will collect it at no expense to yourself, and either provide a replacement or process a refund.
All refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the product.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.
